All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.

Payment is required within 3 days of your order being placed.

Payments can be made through direct deposit to our Australian bank account, or securely via PayPal by credit card.

Payment for custom orders of Yamos and other carriers is required at the time of order being placed.

Layby is available on purchases over $100, please email us via the contact us page to enquire.

We will refund actual cost of items, minus any Paypal fees and our original postage costs, on unused items within 14 days of purchase.
Return post to us is at your expense.

We of course validate all manufacturer warranties, contact us if an item you have purchased is faulty in any way.

We post within Australia by the 2nd business day after payment is received.  Generally items go out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - for our Eastern States customers please note that post from WA can take one to two days longer than post between Eastern Capitals. Express post is a very cost effective option for speed and traceability!

International post is completed by the 3rd business day.

We cannot be held accountable for any lost parcels but will do our best to help track them down.

We are more than happy to send parcels as Registered Post/Express Post at your added cost (+$2.80).
