Postage

Karri Tree Lane is pleased to offer flat rate postage for all Australian orders.

The $8.00 charge will see your parcel posted to anywhere in Australia, with options available during checkout for you to upgrade to express or registered post.

No responsibility is taken for parcels lost in the mail when registered post is not requested, however I will always do all that I can to assist with locating your item.

All orders including a Selkiedesigns necklace will be posted using registered mail as a matter of course. I believe that this is worthwhile to ensure that such lovingly made jewellery arrives safely to its destination.

If you would prefer to change from registered to express post for your necklace please let me know in the comments section during checkout.

I am happy to post many of our products worldwide, however the extra delivery charges will need to be covered by the customer. Please email through the contact us page stating which items you are interested in and I will get back to you with a postage quote.

Sadly, we can no longer ship to the United States, as many of our suppliers have not completed the requirements to meet CPSIA legislation. We can however help to direct you to similar products or alternate sellers within the US.

We endeavour to mail parcels within 24 hours of payment being received. Generally items go out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - for our Eastern States customers please note that post from WA can take one to two days longer than post between Eastern Capitals. Express post is a very cost effective option for speed and traceability! If you do have a time sensitive order please make a note in the comments box during checkout.

Payment of invoices can be completed either via Paypal or Direct Deposit to our Australian bank account.

In certain circumstances I will accept a cheque through the mail however fees for bounced cheques will be passed along to the customer.

Orders are never posted until accounts are paid in full.

I am happy to offer layby on purchases over $100, standard terms are 25% down and 3 payment over 6 weeks. All laybys are to finalised within 2 calendar months.

Laybys not completed will be returned to instock lists. Payments received will be refunded minus a $5 administration charge.
